The objective is to teach self-defence tactics to the employee of any organisation, through an interactive session, to help them in countering day-to-day safety/ security threats, with a special focus on self-defence. We understand the risks posed to the employee, especially female employee and have accordingly included the self-defence tactics that would be of best use to them in case of happening of an untoward incident.

The program is designed to cover the aspects of self-defence, with emphasis on practical training, which will be imparted over 10 hours to each trainee. The instructions are imparted by a team of experienced and qualified instructors, where in the practical classes are conducted with an instructor to student ratio of a maximum of 2:30.

Training Design

During the conduct of the training sessions, the instructors demonstrate and guide trainees as regards to the various methods and techniques to be used for self-defence and safety.
